Studies consistently show that radar speed displays are more effective at slowing traffic than any other method, including conventional speed limit signs, stop signs, crosswalks, and even speed bumps. Because the display is active and changing, drivers are quickly alerted to check their speed and slow down.

We understand that not everyone has the same needs. Our product line allows the greatest possible flexibility for tailoring each specific solution. Our displays can be mounted on poles, stands, trailers, or vehicles. Optional features include a traffic data collection, a reporting program and wireless communication for scheduling and programming your displays onsite or from your office.

Driver Feedback displays show motorists how fast they are driving, acting as a friendly reminder to slow down. Driver Feedback displays are particularly effective in school zones and near any area where children play.
Driver Feedback displays are also called "YOUR SPEED signs," "driver feedback signs," "speed radar signs," "speed reader boards," and ”variable message signs.”
SpeedCheck Driver Feedback displays were the first to integrate radar, the first to manage direct sunlight, and the first to offer mounting on poles.

Changeable Speed Limit Displays

Changeable Speed Limit displays use LED digits to call attention to changes in speed during specific hours. Our displays are a great solution on roadways where the speed limit reduces only during set hours or on certain days, such school zones. The LED digits in a Changeable Speed Limit display can be programmed to change by time of day or day of the week.
For extra emphasis during critical hours, a SpeedCheck Changeable Speed Limit display can be set to flash the LED speed limit and/or to trigger external flashing lights.
Our displays are effective and efficient where speed limits frequently change to address varying traffic and road conditions. When safety concerns arise, the displayed speed limit can be programmed immediately at your office using your desktop and our DisplayManager™ Central Office application.

Speed Limit Alert™ Displays

Speed Limit Alert™ displays add speed-sensing radar to a regular speed limit sign. The ViolationAlert™ feature triggers the LED digits to flash the posted speed limit when approaching vehicles are exceeding the limit. By flashing the digits, the display rapidly alerts drivers to slow down.
Our displays can be programmed to change speed limits by time or day. They can also be programmed instantly at your office using your desktop and our wireless DisplayManager™ Central Office application.
For extra emphasis, a “SLOW DOWN” message can be added to our 15-inch digit displays. The “SLOW DOWN” message can be set to flash alone or to alternate with the posted speed limit. With our DeviceManager™ option, Speed Limit Alert displays can be set to trigger external flashers, strobes or other devices to alert motorists to the posted limit.

TrafficFlow Manager™

TrafficFlow Manager™ tied to synchronized signals.
Our newest innovation enables the display of driving speeds that match synchronized traffic signals. TrafficFlow Manager™ effectively reduces traffic congestion by letting motorists know the driving speed that will keep traffic moving most efficiently.
TrafficFlow Manager programming can be set on a changing schedule. Our SpeedCheck Scheduler allows wireless onsite programming, setting the hours of operation by day or week.
